September 30, 2025 Acting on behalf of Brittons, Fletcher Morgan has completed the letting of the former Mess Hall at Clipper Road to Jadd Scaffolding.  The building comprises 1,849 sq.ft.  Hilltop Solicitors acted on behalf of Jadd Scaffolding.

September 3, 2025 Acting on behalf of the Vendor, Fletcher Morgan have sold the Former Printworks site at Sanatorium Road, Cardiff.  The site comprises 10,136 sq.ft. warehouse on 0.4 acres and will be redeveloped for housing.

December 17, 2024 Acting on behalf of the Landlord, Fletcher Morgan have completed a letting to Padium UK for a Padel complex.  35,000 sq ft with eight indoor courts, a players’ lounge, ice baths and a sauna which overlooks the courts.
