March 23, 2026 Acting on behalf of the Landlord, Fletcher Morgan have secured the letting of Unit 5 Design Quarter, Cardiff to Pettigrew Bakeries. Cardiff bakery business Pettigrew Bakeries has announced plans to open a brand-new 5,500 sq ft headquarters and bakery café.

March 17, 2026 Acting on behalf of the Vendor, Fletcher Morgan and Allsop have completed the sale of Castle View District Centre, Caerphilly to Crawshaw Bailey Holdings Ltd.  Castle view comprises 14 occupiers within 28,139 sq ft on a site of 2.60 acres and is fully income producing.  The Purchaser was represented by Alder King.

March 4, 2026 Acting on behalf of the Vendor CMB, Fletcher Morgan have completed the sale of 7 Melyn Mair, Wentloog, Cardiff. The unit comprises 4,313 sq ft and has been purchased for the use of a place of worship.

March 3, 2026 The 1.831 acres site adjacent to Leekes in Cross Hands Business Park has been sold to Ammanford Self Storage Limited. Fletcher Morgan worked alongside Leekes to complete this transaction.

February 27, 2026 Acting on behalf of the Vendor, Fletcher Morgan sold Unit E at Dowlais Top Retail Park comprising 10,000 q ft with car parking on a site of 2.1 acres.  Once refurbished the unit will be occupied by Iceland Foods. The Purchasers were represented by Mason Partners.

February 11, 2026 Fletcher Morgan have secured Kwik Fit’s new flagship tyre centre in the former HiQ centre on Penarth Road, Cardiff.  Comprising 6,311 sq ft on a 15 year lease. The Landlord was represented by Acuity Law and Shoosmiths represented the Tenant.

February 4, 2026 Acting jointly on behalf of the Landlord, a letting to established recruitment agency, Hoop, for part third floor of Bonded Warehouse, Cardiff has been agreed.

February 3, 2026 Acting on behalf of the Vendor, Fletcher Morgan have sold 21 St Andrews Crescent comprising 3,477 sq ft over 4 storeys.  The Purchaser’s solicitor was Susan Lyons from Setfords Solicitors. The Vendor’s solicitor was Philip Evans from LGWP.
