Acting on behalf of the Lessor, Fletcher Morgan have agreed a new Starbucks Drive Through at Salutation Square in Haverfordwest. Calan Retail acted for the Lessee, The Magic Bean Co. Ltd. t/a Starbucks. The site comprises 1,800 sq ft plus 45 car parking spaces and the Tenant has taken a 20 year lease.
