July 28, 2025 Acting jointly on behalf of Nigel Roberts Properties, Fletcher Morgan have let 7,343 sq ft on the first floor of Fairway House St Mellons to Oprema Limited. Cooke & Arkwright acted for the Tenant.

July 1, 2025 Fletcher Morgan have completed the sale of 15 Lambourne Crescent, Llanishen, Cardiff to Spencer Skuse and Potter.  Comprising 1,392 sq ft the property is held on 999 lease from 26th April 1989.

June 30,2025 Fletcher Morgan are pleased to have completed the lease of the West Lodge, Castle Street, Cardiff to Brodies Coffee who are relocating from their North Road outlet. Acting on behalf of Cardiff Council Fletcher Morgan received a lot of interest in this property.
