January 12, 2026 Acting on behalf of Persimmon Homes, Fletcher Morgan have agreed the sale of the 1,329 sq ft  retail unit known as Plot 678 at St Edeyrns Village, Cardiff.  Hanna Smith at Birchall Blackburn Law acted on behalf of the purchaser.

December 22, 2025 Mansels Fish & Chip Shop in Parc Derwen, Coity is opening in January 2026 adjacent to the Co-op and Well Pharmacy. Parc Derwen retail centre is fully let. Fletcher Morgan acted on behalf of the Landlord, Persimmon Homes and wish Mansels well in this new neighbourhood centre.
