An events company has taken a lease on a 10,345 sq ft industrial unit at a site in Barry. Genero Productions, which is based in nearby Penarth, provides services and products including event planning and production, exhibition stand design, video production, and sound and lighting equipment hire. It has taken a ten-year lease on the detached industrial unit G on the Tŷ Verlon Industrial Estate, with single storey offices, at an annual rental rising to £55,000 per annum. Landlord 3D Property Investments Ltd was advised in the transaction by the Cardiff office of property consultancy Knight Frank. Fletcher Morgan acted jointly with Knight Frank on behalf of the landlord.
