Fletcher Morgan advised on the strategic acquisition of a former garden centre set in an affluent rural location, within the Vale of Glamorgan, with future residential potential. Following grant of planning permission the site of 5.5 acres was subsequently sold to David Wilson Homes to develop 12 “live-work” units, in two rows of six on the site.
