Fletcher Morgan advised Sainsburys on the acquisition and development of the former Brown Lenox site of 6 acres. The site was complex, including issues with contamination and Knotweed. The £60m development now provides a 70,000 sq. ft. scheme with 460 undercroft parking spaces and petrol filling station in a highly visible location fronting the A470 dual carriageway.
