Fletcher Morgan advised American Corporation Meritor Inc on the alternative development options for their 30 acre land holding in Cwmbran. 10 acres was subsequently sold to Morrisons for the development of a 70,000 sq. ft. supermarket, with additional site for a hotel and educational facilities for Coleg Gwent.
