Fletcher Morgan advised JR Smart (Builders) Limited on the strategic acquisition of a 250,000 sq. ft. office building in the heart of the City Centre at Meridian Gate. The building was subsequently redeveloped to provide a 215 Radisson Blu Hotel and 118 private apartments.
