Hodge House was built in 1915 on the site of Cardiff's Victorian town hall. The character building located in the city centre provides some 110,000 sq. ft. Fletcher Morgan acted for previous owners and are now jointly instructed by Legal and General who have undertaken a multi-million pound refurbishment to BREEAM excellent including Gold Rated Wifi, Blown Fibre connectivity, cycle parking and shower facilities.
