Hodge House was built in 1915 on the site of Cardiff's Victorian town hall. The character building located in the city centre provides some 110,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation. Legal and General undertook a multi-million pound refurbishment to BREEAM excellent including Gold Rated Wifi, Blown Fibre connectivity, cycle parking and shower facilities. Fletcher Morgan jointly acted for previous owners Legal and General and are now jointly instructed by SevenCitiesLdn who purchased the building 2026.
