Fusion Point is located off Callaghan Square within Cardiff’s Central Enterprise Zone. Fusion Point consists of One and Two which underwent a full refurbishment to a BREEAM excellent standard including energy efficiency, fast broadband, electric car points, cycle store and shower facilities. Fletcher Morgan acted jointly for the owners, Fidelity, in the lettings. In 2026 Fusion Point One and Two were sold to WS Capital Partners and Fletcher Morgan remain joint agents on the properties.
