Acting on behalf of the Landlord, Fletcher Morgan disposed of the 2.45 acre site of the former Volvo garage at Eastbay Close. Only 10 minutes walk from the City Centre, and 15 minutes from Cardiff Bay, the site subsequently obtained planning permission for development of new student accommodation.
