Fletcher Morgan advised a joint venture between a private developer and Carmarthenshire County Council on the assembly of a 50 acre development site to facilitate a new 90,000 sq. ft. retail park and 250 new homes. The retail site was subsequently acquired by The Conygar Investment Company PLC with Fletcher Morgan acting as lead agents on the project. Lettings were secured to Lidl, Iceland, Pets At Home, Snap Fitness, Costa Coffee, Jenkins Bakery amongst others.
