Chartist Tower is the tallest building in Newport City Centre and has been transformed into a four-star Mercure hotel, 154-bed hotel over 15 storeys and restaurant with retail at ground floor, leisure and office space on upper floors. Fletcher Morgan advised the developer on asset management of the scheme and ground floor letting opportunities and are retained by the Landlord.
