Castle View Retail Caerphilly

Castle View Retail Park, Caerphilly was developed in 1997 by Castle View Properties with Fletcher Morgan advising the developer. In November 2016, Castle View Properties sold the retail park to Safely One and Safely Two Ltd and Fletcher Morgan were retained to provide asset management for the new owner. During this time the park was extended and continued to be fully let and income producing. In 2026 the entire shopping centre was sold to Crawshaw Bailey Holdings Ltd and Fletcher Morgan continue to be retained by the new owners.
