Fletcher Morgan advised J Sainsburys Developments on the off market acquisition of a prime retail parade in Cardiff City Centre comprising 55,000 sq. ft. of accommodation. The site was redeveloped to accommodate Sainsburys, KFC and Starbucks and the completed investment sold.
