International streaming giant Roku is the first letting in the building, on the part first floor and second floor totalling 25,845 sq ft.
Fidelity UK Real Estate Fund, a fund operated by Fidelity International, one of the UK’s largest investment managers, is the Landlord. Fletcher Morgan acted for the Landlord with JLL representing Roku.
