32 Cathedral Road/1 Sophia Close.  One of Cathedral Road’s most prominent sites and landmark buildings has been sold by Fletcher Morgan for residential development with a start on site scheduled this summer.  Fletcher Morgan had been marketing the property with the benefit of a Planning Consent for 17 apartments with an indicative price of £1.5m.
