Acting on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council and George LB Limited #fletchermorgan have sold #plot2b at #crosshandsretailpark to the #poblgroup #planningpermission for 69 new homes #residential The site extends to 4.3 acres and forms part of a £90 million, 50 acre development. Approximately 143 new homes have already been built by Persimmon Plc in addition to 90,000 sqft destination retail scheme contracts by The Conygar Investment Company PLC.
