Mansels Fish & Chip Shop in Parc Derwen, Coity is opening in January 2026 adjacent to the Co-op and Well Pharmacy. Parc Derwen retail centre is fully let.
Fletcher Morgan acted on behalf of the Landlord, Persimmon Homes and wish Mansels well in this new neighbourhood centre.
