Lidl is to take on a former Homebase unit at Parc Tawe North, increasing its store footprint on the retail park by 255 per cent. The retailer will move from its existing premises at Parc Tawe North and become the anchor occupier, alongside JD Sports, Pets at Home, Home Bargains and Poundstretcher, having completed an agreement with landlord Picton Property Income. Lidl currently occupies a 10,000 sq ft unit on a lease expiring in 2023, but will move into the new 35,500 sq ft unit following enabling works. Fletcher Morgan and Edgerley Simpson Howe advised Picton Capital. Further units available from 7,500 sqft upwards.
