The Cardiff office of a multinational law firm has secured approval to establish a new base in the city centre.
Ince Gordon Dadds is currently located in offices on Charles Street, but with that premises lined up for redevelopment, a move to a mid-terrace property on the same road is in the pipeline.
Approval has now been granted for a change of use application relating to 33 Charles Street, a property incorporating about 3,700 sq ft of space which was last occupied by a private language school.
The approval paves the way for the law firm to relocate about 15 staff.
