Cardiff-based allergen testing business Indoor Biotechnologies has expanded its offices and laboratory facility at Vision Court in Pentwyn.
The company moved to Vision Court in 2017 and has now signed a new 10-year lease on its existing 4,500 sq ft on the ground floor and agreed to take a further 3,492 sq ft – also on the ground floor – on a 10-year lease.
Property adviser Knight Frank advised the company in the transaction, while the Vision Court landlord Office Visions Ltd was represented by Fletcher Morgan.
