An office building on Cardiff Gate International Business Park has changed hands. Cedar House is a self-contained, two-storey building providing more than 3,600 sq ft of office space. It has been acquired by private investors advised by Oscar Clarke Consultants. Fletcher Morgan acted on behalf of a private client selling the freehold.
Rhys Knight of Fletcher Morgan said: “We had a number of parties interested in Cedar House despite the concerns of Brexit, there is still demand for good quality, out of town office buildings at Cardiff Gate International Business Park.
