Waterton House in Bridgend comprises 22,500 sq. ft. of high specification office accommodation. In 2010 Fletcher Morgan acted jointly to advise the developer on speculative accommodation which was successfully let to Logica/CGI on a 20 year lease. Upon lease expiry and vacation of the building, in 2026 Fletcher Morgan successfully sold the building to Wavendon with a lease and planning to Travelodge to convert Waterton House into a 80-bedroom hotel.
