Fletcher Morgan have secured Kwik Fit’s new flagship tyre centre in the former HiQ centre on Penarth Road, Cardiff. Comprising 6,311 sq ft on a 15 year lease. The Landlord was represented by Acuity Law and Shoosmiths represented the Tenant.
