Chartered Surveyors Fletcher Morgan back to their winning ways

Cardiff-based chartered surveying practice Fletcher Morgan has been named Wales’ leading commercial property agent for a record third time in four years.

After scooping the prestigious Estates Gazette award for top Welsh commercial agent in 2005 and 2006, the firm has returned to winning ways by being named leading commercial agent in Wales for 2008.

The award was presented in front of a 1,400-strong audience of leading property developers, agents and professionals at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, following a nationwide voting process.

It is the second award for Fletcher Morgan this year - following a presentation last month in Cardiff at which Estates Gazette presented the firm with a prize for the eighth consecutive year for being Wales’ most active agency. It was based on the total number of commercial property deals completed over the past 12 months.

Fletcher Morgan Voted Wales’ Property Adviser of the Year for second year in a row

Fletcher Morgan were voted Property Adviser of the Year in Wales for the second year running at the 2006 Estates Gazette Property Awards.

This prestigious awards ceremony was held at Grosvenor House in London’s Park Lane on 26th September 2006. Attended by 1,400 people from the property industry, the awards reflect the best the industry has to offer throughout the UK and Ireland.

The entire property industry was eligible to vote for the winners via an online poll of Estates Gazette readers. The award is considered to be the most credible and sought after accolade in the property industry.

Property Adviser of the Year Award was the first of two awards presented by the Estates Gazette to Fletcher Morgan in the same week - on the 29th September 2006 at an Estates Gazette reception in Cardiff, Fletcher Morgan were named Most Active Local Agent in Wales for the 6th successive year. The award is based on the most number of property transactions completed in the year.
